The project objective is the development of a tool that will limit costly and time-consuming laboratory analyzes for the food industry sector. In this context, a system will be developed for the simultaneous detection of aflatoxin M1 (AFM1) and the adulteration of goat and sheep milk with cow milk, as well as the detection of pathogenic bacteria.
