The goal of the project "S.A.KA.M.I." is the application of an optimal Precision Agriculture business model to real sea buckthorn cultivation, a fruit of high nutritional value. The implementation of this specific model aims to restore the productive potential of the crop, increase the quantity and quality of agricultural yield using fewer inputs. At the same time, the produced quantities of sea buckthorn will be further utilized for the development and production of an innovative product (cereal bar with sea buckthorn) of high nutritional value.
