The SOS food project aims to develop a tailored predictive tool using artificial intelligence and machine learning. Various data sources, including financial, environmental, and geopolitical information, will be analyzed to create a new tool that promotes greater productivity and sustainability. At a later stage, this tool will be validated by all involved partners, paving the way for a well-informed decision-making platform that can be utilized across all stages of the food supply chain, from producers to consumers.
