Place 100 grams of lean beef and 100 - 150 grams of seasonal vegetables in a pan. Cook the beef and vegetables with the normal amount of water, or you can put the beef in first as it takes longer to cook, and then add the vegetables. When the food is cooked, blend the meat, the vegetables and the stock in the mixer or the blender and add two or three measures of Jotis Rice Cereal.
You can also make soup for your baby from lean chicken (preferably using the leg) and vegetables in this way.
