Put 1 fresh non-fatty medium-sized fish in a saucepan along with 3-4 glasses of water. Leave it to boil for about half an hour. Take the bones out of the fish and strain the contents of the pan. Then add one or two small potatoes, one or two small carrots and 2 or 3 other seasonal vegetables, making sure they have all been cleaned well. Continue boiling for another half hour and then place the mixture in a blender adding a spoonful of oil. Add a few drops of lemon to make it more tasty. Blend the contents and then pour it into your child’s bowl. Let it cool down for a while and add 2-3 cups of Jotis Rice Cereal while stirring. The Jotis fish soup is ready to serve.
