10/12/2018 - YIOTIS celebrates the 3rd year of confectionery fantasy!

With a warm and joyful live event, with a very festive "perfume", YIOTIS’s “sweet” institution – JOTIS ZACHAROPLATHOUME AWARD- was completed for the 3rd year.

The competition, which began in September, culminated in the event held on Sunday, December 9, at the School of Gastronomy.

The jury, consisting of chef Nina Nikolaou, foodstylist Tina Webb and Dr. Evaggelia Karvela, Research and Development Department of YIOTIS SA, tasted the impressive and tasteful recipes, evaluated them and formed the final classification.

The highest score from the recipes was the Bittersweet mousse based on a biscuit cake by Mr. Giorgos Petropoulos. The first three winners received the "Congratulation Award" and a check of 1,000 euros each, while the next 7 winners received honorary praise and a check of 400 euros.

Mrs. Ioana Kapaitzi, Director of Marketing of YIOTIS SA, said: “Zacharoplathoume " is the sweet movement of YIOTIS company that inspires the public to spend creative time" and create with simple materials that have in its kitchen and the JOTIS products that guarantee the sure result, share care and love for their own people. One of the major actions of “Zacharoplathoume " is the Contest “Zacharoplathoume Award", which has evolved into an institution with great appeal. This year is being held for the 3rd consecutive year, with many entries from different parts of Greece. In today's event the 10 finalists made their amazing sweets with favorite YIOTIS products in the presence of the jury! Congratulations to everyone for their participation! Through the “Zacharoplathoume " program, YIOTIS will continue to astound the audience with even more actions. "
